If the safety emergency CANNOT WAIT an hour for a call back or the call is outside the hours of operations please still leave a voicemail to your therapist and contact IMMEDIATELY either 988 (mental health/suicide/substance use-related crisis support number), 911, or your nearest hospital for assistance. Your therapist will call you back as quickly as they can”
